• 1 Prenatal ‘Postpartum Planning’ Session (1.5 hours) - Prepare for your postpartum period with a tailored planning session.

• Resource Access - Access to my ‘doula library’, offering a collection of books and resources.

• Postpartum Hamper - A selection of items to support you during the postpartum period.

• 4 Postpartum Visits Over 6 Weeks (3 hours each - total of 12 hours) - Tailored support visits with coffee, nourishing meals, and snacks provided.

• Phone Support for the First 6 Weeks Postpartum - Continued support via text, voice memo, or email to address any questions or concerns as you navigate early Motherhood.

This postpartum package is for Mums who desire compassionate, nurturing support and hands-on help during the postpartum period, assisting you to transition smoothly into life with your new baby. Postpartum meals are prepared focusing on warm, nourishing dishes that are specifically designed to support your digestive health and overall recovery. Visits are centred around whatever is most important to you on the day—whether that be a listening ear, newborn care, toddler entertainment, light household duties or a little pampering.
