I offer three tailored packages for expecting mothers, each designed to provide different levels of support and accommodate various budgets. Additionally, I provide free and virtual ‘connect calls’. These no-obligation chats allow us to discuss any questions you may have and ensure we’re the perfect match before proceeding.

A little about me
Hi! I’m Shuana, a birth and postpartum doula based on the Central Coast in NSW. Besides being super passionate about birth, I have a partner of 9 years and I’m a very proud mum to my two kiddies—Teddy and Bobbie!
After experiencing positive and empowering births with my own children, I felt called to help other women achieve this too. Our bodies are capable of extraordinary things, and we are so much stronger than we realise! I want to help women feel excited and confident for their birth/postpartum, because it doesn’t need to be scary. With the right people by your side, it can be truly magic.
